Order Processing
Once an order has been successfully placed, our team will process and arrange shipment within 1–5 business days. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a confirmation email containing their parcel's tracking number.
Please note that processing times may vary during peak sales periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Partner
At present, all orders are shipped via SPX Express Malaysia. Once you receive your tracking number, you may track your parcel directly through SPX Express Malaysia's official tracking platform.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. The final delivery cost is determined based on the order details and destination.
From time to time, shipping discounts or promotional offers may be applied based on the total value of a customer's cart. Any applicable discounts will be automatically reflected during checkout.
Delivery Timeframe
After shipment has been arranged, delivery times are subject to SPX Express Malaysia's operational schedules and service coverage areas. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates once parcels have been handed over to the courier.
